Welcome to Harmony Flow Tai Chi Center. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including our website, classes, workshops, and other offerings (collectively, our "Services").
Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
By accessing or using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or that you are accessing or using our Services with the supervision of a parent or guardian. If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
When you register for an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Registration for classes is on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to limit class sizes for safety and quality purposes. You must register for classes through our approved channels (website, in person, or by phone).
You represent and warrant that you are in good physical condition and have no medical condition that would prevent you from safely participating in our classes. If you have any health concerns, you should consult with a healthcare professional before participating in our Services.
You agree to complete any health questionnaires or waivers required for participation in our classes truthfully and completely. You acknowledge that we may deny participation based on health concerns for your safety.
While Tai Chi is generally considered a low-impact exercise suitable for most individuals, it is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health providers with any questions regarding a medical condition.
If you experience any pain, discomfort, dizziness, or shortness of breath during practice, please stop immediately and inform your instructor.
We require at least 24 hours' notice for class cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class may be subject to the full class fee or deduction from your class package, except in cases of emergency.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to instructor illness, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and offer alternative class times or appropriate refunds or credits.
By purchasing our Services, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with the rates in effect at the time of your purchase. All fees are in Canadian dollars and are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other forms of payment as specified on our website. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide.
Monthly memberships are automatically renewed until cancelled. You may cancel your membership at any time, but no refunds will be provided for unused portions of the current billing period.
Class packages expire according to the timeframe specified at purchase. Extensions may be granted under extenuating circumstances at our sole discretion.

All content on our website and materials provided during our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, are the property of Harmony Flow Tai Chi Center or our content suppliers and are protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.
You may access, download, and print materials from our website for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from our Services without our express written consent.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to us, including testimonials, reviews, or feedback. In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you have paid to us for our Services during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ottawa, Ontario, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. All changes are effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
